Raspberry syrup 300ml
Homemade, healthy and full of flavour raspberry syrup with reduced sugar content. Perfect as an addition to drinks, teas or for diluting with water.
Ingredients: 70% raspberry juice, 30% sugar
Net volume: 300 ml
Nutritional values per 100 ml of product: Energy value: 724 kJ / 171 kcal, fat: 0,2 g of which saturates: < 0,1 g, carbohydrates: 42,1 g of which sugars: 39,7 g, protein: < 0,2 g, salt: 0,01 g
Store in a cool and shaded place - once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days. Turbidity and sediment are formed by natural fruit particles - shake before use. Differences in colour may occur depending on the fruit variety used (laszka or glen ample).

Raspberry syrup - dosage, use:
Adults can take up to 3 tablespoons (45 ml) per day, diluted in water or other drinks. In the case of diseases such as colds or flu, the dose can be increased up to 4 times a day, however, 120 ml per day should not be exceeded. Children over 1 year of age can drink 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of syrup 3-4 times a day, which gives a maximum of 20 ml per day. It is always worth adjusting the dose to individual needs and health status, and people with diabetes or weight problems should consult a doctor to avoid the risk of excess sugar.
Contraindications: People with diabetes should consume it cautiously due to the sugar content, as it can affect blood glucose levels. People allergic to raspberries or other berries should avoid the syrup to prevent allergic reactions. The syrup is not recommended for children under 1 year of age, due to the sugar and risk of allergies. Furthermore, people with digestive problems, such as stomach ulcers or gastritis, should consume it cautiously as it can irritate the gastric mucosa. In case of any doubt, it is best to consult a doctor.
