Honey and bee products as a recipe for fighting cancer
Bee products - propolis, honey, royal jelly, bee bread - support the treatment of brain gliomas. This conclusion was drawn after long and detailed research by scientists from the Medical University of Białystok; the research team was led by Prof. Maria Borawska.
The research work in the laboratories lasted as long as three years. The primary motivator for the group of scientists was to find the answer to the most pressing question for many years- whether cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy should reach for natural bee products and what the impact of such products is on their health during therapy. Research has shown that propolis and bee bread are perfectly capable of inhibiting the growth of brain glioma cells. Furthermore, bee products make treatment more effective. Interestingly, in many studied cases, it turned out that they affect glioma cell lines better than drugs. However, it was also shown that patients should choose bee products not contaminated with toxic substances, specifically cadmium, as toxins can have the opposite effect to the intended positive one.
Furthermore, patients with gliomas are recommended to use propolis tincture.
You can choose a ready-made propolis tincture in a bottle with a dispenser (dropper) or make it yourself from bee glue (propolis), according to the instructions (for bee glue 100g).
We offer our bee glue in ready-to-use jars for creating propolis tincture. Simply pour spirits over the contents of the jar to make the best use of the health properties.
For a 100g jar of bee glue, the method of preparing the propolis tincture is as follows:
Ingredients:
1. 100g Bee glue Skarby Roztocza
2. 500ml of 95% rectified spirit
3. 140ml of water
Preparation:
1. Pour water into our ready-made jar with 100g of bee glue.
2. Add spirit to the resulting solution.
3. Leave for 14 days in a sealed container, in a dark and cool place, stirring by shaking 2-3 times a day.
4. After 2 weeks, separate the dark brown liquid from the sediment by pouring the solution through gauze.
5. Store the resulting propolis tincture in a dark glass bottle.
The propolis sediment resulting from straining the tincture can be used as a compress for rheumatic and joint pains, after first applying a greasy cream to the area.
Dosage of the solution:
It is recommended to consume 1/2 teaspoon (20-25 drops) of the preparation, which should be dissolved in a small amount of water (about 50 ml) up to three times a day. Propolis is a natural product and cannot be overdosed, however, due to the alcohol content, the recommended dose should not be exceeded.
A small teaspoon of such tincture is recommended to be used 2-3 times a day after mixing it with a teaspoon of natural honey or in water.
The research results presented above regarding the health properties of bee products were presented by Prof. Maria Borawska at an international scientific conference in Ostróda. Many years of work by the entire research team were funded by the National Science Centre.
Interestingly, other research units in our country, but also abroad, which had previously studied the pro-health properties of honey, showed that bee products are also a significant aid in the treatment of bowel, ovarian, and prostate cancer.
In summary, bee products, and in particular, propolis and bee bread, support the fight against cancer. Let us always remember our health and use natural ways to fight cancer provided to us by nature. Natural bee products can be found in our offer at the following link: Bee Products Skarby Roztocza.
