Prices of goods and payment methods
1. All prices are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT. The price specified for each product is binding at the time the Customer places the order. The skarbyroztocza.mom shop reserves the right to change the prices of goods in the offer, introduce new goods, as well as carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the shop's pages.
2. The Customer may choose the following forms of payment for the ordered goods:
a) Payment on delivery (cash on delivery)
Carried out by couriers during package delivery (payment by cash or card to the courier/at the parcel locker).

In the transfer title, please enter the order number for correct identification of the payment. Incorrectly titling the transfer or lack thereof may cause difficulties in assigning the payment to the correct order and delay shipment. If you do not receive a message regarding the posting of the payment within 3 business days, please contact us by email with a transfer confirmation in PDF format.
3. Foreign shipments and payments in foreign currencies
For orders with international delivery, we require prepayment – we do not send international packages cash on delivery. Please make payments in Polish zlotys (PLN) – for this purpose, you can convert the payment at your own bank or using external services (e.g. Revolut, PayPal). In the case of a transfer in a foreign currency directly to our account, the bank will convert the payment into zlotys according to its own exchange rate for purchasing foreign exchange on a given day. Please calculate the amount carefully. Any small overpayments are non-refundable but can be settled by adding products from our offer to the package with a value equal to the overpayment.
4. Payment service providers
The entities providing online payment services are:
- Payment system Tpay (tpay.com), belonging to Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (pl. Andersa 3, 61-894 Poznań, KRS: 0000412357).
- Payment system Przelewy24, operated by PayPro S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, KRS: 0000347935).
5. Order processing time
If the Customer chooses the traditional bank transfer payment method, the time to prepare the order for shipment is counted from the day the full payment is credited to our bank account. Any deficiencies related to underpayment or incorrect currency conversion may result in the suspension of the order processing until they are supplemented or clarified.
