How to correctly place an order in our online shop?

You often ask us how to correctly place an order, or report minor difficulties during shopping. We are here to help! Below, we have prepared a simple and clear step-by-step guide, thanks to which you will be able to place an order in our shop without any problems www.skarbyroztocza.mom.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

STEP 1: Find the products you are interested in

Use the navigation menu at the top of the page or on the left (on mobile devices, you can expand the menu in the top left corner).

STEP 2: Add products to the basket

Add the products you are interested in by clicking the button or the basket icon next to the given product.

STEP 3: Go to the basket

Click the basket icon in the top right corner of the screen to go to the summary of selected products.
Verify the list of products in the basket.
Collect a gift for your order (if available for you).
Enter a discount code (if you have one).

STEP 4: Go to delivery and payment

Click the "Delivery and payment" icon to decide on the delivery method and preferred payment method.

STEP 5: Log in or enter your details

Already have an account in the shop? Log in using the "Log in" button.
Don't have an account? No problem, registration is not required - enter your details in the "Order details" section.
After entering the data, we will present the available Delivery and Payment methods.

STEP 6: Choose a delivery method

In the Delivery section, select your preferred delivery method (delivery to address by InPost / DPD courier or delivery to an InPost Paczkomat point).

STEP 7: Choose a payment method

In the Payment section, select your preferred payment method (Blik, Apple Pay, Google Pay, online transfers, traditional transfer (PLN/EUR), Visa / Mastercard payments, PayPo deferred payments, etc. )

STEP 8: Accept the Terms and Conditions

In the "Consents and additional fields" section - accept the Terms and Conditions.
In the additional information field, enter additional information for the shop or courier.

STEP 9: Order and pay

Click the button "Order and pay".

STEP 10: Done!

CONGRATULATIONS! Your order has been placed.
If you chose an online payment method, click the button now "Pay for order", to complete the transaction in the bank panel, or the system will automatically redirect you to the payment gateway page.
