Returns and Complaints
Right of withdrawal (Returns)
1. The Consumer and the Sole Trader with consumer rights (a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of this contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for them) has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the goods.
2. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiry to the e-mail address: info@skarbyroztocza.mom.
3. The returned goods should be sent back immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the day the Customer withdrew from the contract. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer. The Shop does not accept return shipments sent "cash on delivery".
4. The goods should be properly secured for transport. We strongly recommend using strong cardboard boxes. The Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
5. The Seller shall refund the payment (including the costs of the cheapest method of delivery offered in the shop) immediately, no later than 14 days from receipt of the statement of withdrawal. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back.
6. To streamline the return process, the Customer may (after arrangement with the shop) use the SzybkieZwroty.pl service operated by InPost.
Complaints (Non-conformity of goods with the contract / damage in transit)
1. The Seller is obliged to deliver goods to the Customer that are in conformity with the contract and free from defects.
2. In the event of a lack of conformity of the goods with the contract (or damage caused during transport), the Customer should contact the Seller via e-mail (info@skarbyroztocza.mom) or by telephone (660 850 764), attaching photos of the damage if possible. This will significantly speed up the process of considering the case.
3. As part of a complaint, the Customer may request repair or replacement of the goods. If repair and replacement are impossible or would involve excessive costs for the Seller, the Customer may submit a statement requesting a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
4. The Seller shall consider complaints immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of submission.
5. In the event of an accepted complaint, the costs associated with returning and replacing the goods shall be borne by the Seller (e.g. by ordering the collection of the parcel by their own courier).
6. For Customers who are Businesses (excluding Sole Traders with consumer rights), the Seller's liability under warranty is completely excluded (in accordance with Art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code).
