1. Why is the combination of honeys with water and fruit syrup/juice healthy?
Combining honey with water and fruit syrup or juice is not only a delicious alternative to store-bought drinks but, above all, a natural source of health and energy. Such a composition combines ingredients rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants that have a real impact on the body's well-being and immunity.
Honey, being a natural bee product, has been valued for centuries for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and immune-supporting effects. Additionally, it has a positive effect on the digestive system and helps maintain the balance of the intestinal microflora. Dissolved in lukewarm water, it becomes more easily absorbed, so its beneficial ingredients are more quickly utilised by the body.
The addition of mint or elderflower syrups, as well as natural fruit juices, enriches the drink with vitamin C, flavonoids, natural fruit sugars and other plant substances that can support the immune system, have an antioxidant effect and naturally provide energy. It is also an excellent way to diversify the taste of lemonade – depending on your mood or needs, you can create a more refreshing, warming or mild and soothing version.
Such drinks – prepared from high-quality ingredients – are not only tasty, light and nutritious, but also fully natural, which makes them a great alternative to ready-made sweetened drinks, artificial isotonics or liquid supplements.
