The best choice will be to pick a seller who focuses on honeys. Usually, this is synonymous with the fact that we are dealing with an apiary or a farm, which deals with what they know best, and these suppliers are the best. Let's be understanding if the online shop is not very extensive or sophisticated. We are probably dealing with farmers, not IT specialists- isn't that exactly what we are after?
2. Seller information, product markings
For quality producers or apiaries, providing a veterinary number, harvest date, facility number, or the manufacturer's company details will not be a problem. Avoid unknown suppliers. Pay attention to this!

Let's appreciate the efforts even when the photos are not perfect. Often, it is these photos that tell us we are dealing with a small company, and let's not forget that it is small companies that are able to guarantee a product of the highest quality, far from mass production, because why bother- since not much is sold and quality is the best differentiator nowadays.
4. Reviews
Such an important issue regarding online shopping! Before making a purchase, check the reviews. Do not be swayed by the number of reviews, but ensure there are at least several- this is a guarantee that they do not come from the shop owner and their friends :)
