Description

Sea Buckthorn Juice 300ml 

Natural juice, pressed directly from fruit, without added sugar- homemade sea buckthorn juice. Contains no additives - 100% sea buckthorn, pasteurised. 

It is produced in a traditional way from fresh fruit using the cold-pressing method, which allows the preservation of health values. It then undergoes a pasteurisation process. Thanks to this method, the product retains the taste of fresh fruit and most minerals and vitamins.

Store in a cool and shaded place - after opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days. Turbidity and sediment are formed by natural fruit particles - shake before use.

Ingredients: 100% sea buckthorn juice.

Nutritional values per 100 ml of product: energy value: 175 kj/ 41 kcal, fat: 1 g, including saturated fatty acids: 0.3 g, carbohydrates: 7 g, including sugars: 5 g, protein: 0.6 g, salt: 0 g

Sea buckthorn juice - properties:

  1. Richness of vitamins and minerals - Sea buckthorn is a source of vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene), vitamin K, B vitamins (including B1, B2, B6) and folic acid. It also contains minerals such as potassium, iron, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus.

  2. High antioxidant content - Sea buckthorn is rich in antioxidants, including carotenoids, flavonoids, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and tocopherols (vitamin E). These substances help fight free radicals that can damage body cells and contribute to the development of many diseases.

  3. Support for the immune system - Thanks to vitamin C and other antioxidants, sea buckthorn can help strengthen the immune system, which helps the body fight infections.

  4. Benefits for the skin - Sea buckthorn is used in the cosmetic industry due to its moisturising and skin-soothing properties. Sea buckthorn oil can be used for skin care, including the treatment of sunburns, skin ulcers and other skin problems


Sea buckthorn juice - dosage, use:

Sea buckthorn juice should be diluted in a ratio of 1:4, which means one part juice to four parts water. It is recommended for adults to consume 150 ml daily and children 100 ml daily. The juice can also be drunk on its own.


Contraindications: People with kidney stones, peptic ulcer disease and inflammation of the gallbladder, pancreas and liver should be cautious. Sea buckthorn may also interact with certain medications, such as those used to thin the blood or lower blood pressure.
